Australian left-arm quick Ben Dwarshuis starred in the final match of the T20I series as the visitors secured a monumental 5–0 series sweep over West Indies, marking Australia’s first ever clean sweep in a five-match men’s T20 series in the Caribbean.
Dwarshuis produced a decisive spell of 3/41, breaking the back of the West Indies' middle order. He claimed key wickets including Shai Hope, Brandon King, and Shimron Hetmyer, and earned Player of the Match.
Targeting 171, Australia navigated early trouble with a standout 63-run fifth-wicket partnership between Mitchell Owen (37 off 17) and Cameron Green (32 off 18) that effectively sealed the chase. Lower down the order, Aaron Hardie remained unbeaten on 28 to guide Australia home with 18 balls to spare.
Adam Zampa notched up his 100th T20I, becoming the first Australian bowler to reach that milestone and finishing joint top wicket-taker of the series with Dwarshuis.
